End-User License Agreement

Ellis Labs MCP · Effective July 10, 2026

1. The service

Ellis Labs MCP (mcp.ellislabs.ai, the "Service") is a private Model Context Protocol server operated by Ellis Labs ("we", "us"). It lets authorized operators connect their own third-party accounts — Google, financial institutions via Plaid, DocuSign, and QuickBooks Online — and access them through AI assistants of their choosing.

2. License and eligibility

We grant authorized operators a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. Access is limited to accounts on the Service's allowlist; no public registration exists. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law or the terms of the connected providers (Google, Plaid, DocuSign, Intuit); not to attempt to access another person's data; and not to probe, disrupt, or circumvent the Service's security.

4. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party APIs and passes your requests to them. Your use of each connected provider remains governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

5. No financial, legal, or tax advice

The Service retrieves data (including financial and accounting data) for informational purposes only. Nothing it returns constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ellis Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect any linked account in the admin area, which deletes its stored credentials.

9. Changes

We may update this agreement; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and contact

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Questions: thellis@gmail.com.
